Exciting News

I am excited to announce that I am partnering with Team Red White and Blue. They are doing great things for wounded veterans check them out at http://www.teamrwb.org/  and get involved if you can! I think that it is great that there is an organisation that has realized the benefits of sports and healthy living  as a tool in the recovery process.  

Hi everyone, it has been a busy couple of weeks!  I have been doing a lot of planning and contacting possible sponsors. the biggest priority right now is lining up an RV to follow me across the country. I feel this would be the best way to carry the gear along, and save on finding a hotel every night. This also makes it possible for me to have support along the way if (when!!)  I need it.

Route

So here is my route I finally decided on running from Washington to Delaware. This is the same route  as used   by the Race across America on trails run. It will be a very scenic route and I am really excited after looking over the maps and photos online. Take a minute to check it out! Thanks for all the support and prayers.
