This will be a short update before I head to bed. Yesterday ended up being a short ride day because as I came into shoshoni we saw a sign for a big Dinosaur museum in Thermopolis, about 32 miles North.
So we jumped on route 20 and had a great drive there! What a scenic route! we drove right through a big Canyon and  along Wind river.
At the museum everyone had a great time seeing lots of dinosaur fossils and bones at the Wyoming dinosaur center. Today was long and hot, we all felt the heat and at times it was just suffocating. There was very little life from Shoshoni to Casper, we passed the town of Hiland that had a population of 10!
I did roughly 100 miles of biking today, and the wind was a constant challenge, it felt slow and painful! We are able to cool off tonight at a KOA here just outside of Casper in Barr Nunn. They have a great pool, and once the sun went down the kids enjoyed the park!
I guess it will be a hot week...or month....We are hoping someone can figure out what is wrong with the a/c tomorrow, and maybe it will be a cheap fix....ha!
We are looking forward to passing through some great Independane day celebrations this week! I hope everyone is able to celebrate the birth of this great country!
Happy 4th of July!
